Workflows are saved in this browser only, and every step runs on this device. Your files are not uploaded.

How workflows work

  1. Create a workflow of 2 to 6 tools, or pick a ready-made one.
  2. Add your files once. Nothing is uploaded.
  3. Every step runs in your browser. Download the result.

Does a workflow run by itself?

Yes. Add your files once and every step runs one after another in your browser. You see each step's progress and download the final result, or the result after any step.

Workflows are saved in this browser only. Every step runs in your browser, so your files are not uploaded.

Questions

Where are my workflows stored?

Only in this browser, on this device. They are not uploaded or synced. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Can every tool go in a workflow?

Tools that can run in your browser can. A step must take what the step before makes: after PDF to JPG you can only add image tools, and nothing can follow Protect PDF. Tools that can't follow are greyed out with the reason.

Are passwords saved?

No. If a workflow has Protect PDF or Unlock PDF, you type the password each time you run it.
