How it works
Most tools run entirely in your browser. Your file is read and changed on your device and is never uploaded. The tools page marks each tool as “on device” or “server”.
Word to PDF needs a conversion server. That server is not running yet, so the tool says “coming soon”.
What it costs
The tools are free, with no watermark and no signup.
What it isn’t
pdfmerci is not affiliated with any government, embassy or visa service, including Campus France, TLScontact, BLS or VFS. “Sign PDF” places an image of your signature and is not a certified electronic signature.
