Can I print the result as a booklet?
N-up puts pages side by side in reading order. It does not reorder pages for folding into a booklet.
What does N-up mean?
Putting several pages on one sheet: 2-up is two pages per sheet, 4-up is four.

Yes. No signup and no watermark.
Will it work on an old phone?
