Repair a damaged PDF

Downloads that stopped halfway and files from old software can break a PDF's internal structure. Often the pages can still be saved.

1. Run Repair PDF

Choose the file. The tool rebuilds the structure and saves what it can read.

2. Check every page

Open the repaired copy and look through it. Pages that were truly lost can't be brought back.

3. Still fails?

If it asks for a password, it isn't broken. Use Unlock PDF if you know the password, or download the file again from its source.

Is recovery guaranteed?

No. It's best effort: some damaged files can't be recovered.
