Compare two versions of a PDF

When a contract or a draft comes back, you need to know exactly what changed, not just that something did.

1. Add both files

Choose the older version and the newer one.

2. Read the word changes

Added and removed words are highlighted so you can scan the edits.

3. Check the overlay

The visual overlay shows layout changes, such as moved images or a new table, that a text comparison can miss.

Does it work on scans?

The word comparison needs real text. For scans, run OCR PDF on both files first, or rely on the visual overlay.
